About

Free spins — 3 Scorpion scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5 trigger 8 Autopsy Free Spins. 3 Scorpions plus 1 Spider trigger 9 Lobotomy Free Spins, and 3 Scorpions plus 2 Spiders trigger 10 Mental Free Spins. A Scorpion landing in a Fire Frame adds 1 spin, and Spiders during the round upgrade it to the next mode.
Multipliers — 2 Dead Patient symbols give a patient symbol a random multiplier from x5 to x9,999. In Lobotomy and Mental Free Spins, the Dead Multiplier is collected and passed to new Patient symbols. Its count drops by 1 each time in Lobotomy and never drops in Mental Free Spins.
Bonus buy — Autopsy Free Spins 80x, Lobotomy Free Spins 200x, Mental Free Spins 1,000x, and a 220x lucky dip (50% Autopsy, 40% Lobotomy, 10% Mental) — all multiples of the bet
Fire Frames — each spin, 1 to 13 random positions get a frame, and a symbol landing in a frame splits into 2
Enhancer Cells — on reels 2 and 4, activated by 4 or 6 Fire Frames, revealing a wild, Patient, Dead Patient, xWays, xSplit or xNudge Wild
XWays — reveals a stack of matching symbols, expanding the reel and adding ways to win
XSplit — splits the symbols to its left in two, then becomes a wild; next to a scatter it creates a Super Scatter
XNudge Wild — a wild reel nudges to fill the reel, adding +1 to its multiplier per nudge
